Class Description
Both Saprolite and Sand Lined Trench systems are relatively recent additions to the North Carolina Onsite Wastewater toolbox. Saprolite once described as unsuitable is now commonly used to safely and effectively treat and disposal of wastewater. The 18E rules make meaningful changes to the use of saprolite, including the size and design of saprolite systems and even their distribution across the state.
Sand Lined Trench systems have offered areas of North Carolina with challenging soil and site conditions a workable solution for wastewater disposal. The 18E rules, combined with recent legislation make dramatic changes to how we use this tool.
This workshop on Saprolite and Sand Lined Trench systems will compare and contrast the way the 18E rules guide us through siting, designing and installing these important wastewater tools.
Don't miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve with the 18E rule changes. Reserve your spot now!
